Title of Song: Where is She?
Composer: Jerron Lee
Lyricist: Jerron Lee
Vocals: Jerron Lee
Date Written: July 2006
This song is about a guy who likes a girl but because this girl is not by his side, he is crying to God “where is she, where is she?”. “Where is she” doesn’t mean that the girl is nowhere to be found, it just means that the girl is somewhere else rather than by the guy’s side.
The start is a bit boring which represents this guy’s loneliness (loneliness equals boredom in this case). Why the guy wants to see the girl- because he likes her that’s why. Another thing to observe is the cries at the end: it is supposed to imitate the cries of a baby wolf crying for his mother- this represents a longing for something & in this case it is a longing for somebody.

Where is She?
* I’ve been wanting (her)
I’ve been waiting (for her)
I’ve been thirsting (for her)
I’ve been praying (for her)
repeat *
My Lord I believe in you
but till now how come she’s not here with me
My God won’t you let me see
where is she
how come she’s so far from me
**I want to see her
I want to feel her
Lord tell me please
where else can she be
I want to love her
I want to hold her
Lord tell me please
where else can she be
Ooh my God
where is she
Ooh my God
I’ve seen her in all my dreams
Ooh my God
tell me what is wrong with me (coz I am going bogus over her)
Ooh my God
where o where is she
repeat **
(cries)
(guitar gently weeps till end)

Nice touch with the classical guitar. With the minor chords, it reinforces the moodiness at the start. Chord progression shifted to a major, which is nice and lends that positive feel.
If you have time to engineer the sound, consider adding an additional instrument layer when the chorus hits — maybe an acoustic guitar, or piano — anything bright sounding.
I’d also add a guitar melody at the intro, to fill up the relatively long guitar strumming (or else you can cut the guitar strumming shorter).
Nice fade out.

oh yah i agree with ivan about needing a guitar melody fill at the intro.. if you have time can check out ‘the masterplan’ by oasis. it has a long intro filled with guitar effects which sets the mood for the song =)
